We’re looking to add a talented Client Services Director (CSD) to our team. You will be responsible for architecting, managing, and enhancing long-term business relationships with Paradigm Sports’ partners and client roster of professional athletes. The Director of Client Services will be responsible for managing his/her department and will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. This role will be based in the USA.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in an Account Executive role, client servicing brands/talent or similar agency-based role.
  • You have experience working with A-list celebrities/athletes or blue-chip brands.
  • You are a self-starter and an organizer who applies a systematic approach to responsibilities. You are process-driven and use frameworks to guide your decisions.
  • You are able to work under pressure and complete time sensitive tasks.
  • You are passionate about the sports industry, and are willing to learn and grow in a number of different areas and skill sets.
  • You carry a positive attitude. No task is too small and you bring your best for each and every project you undertake.
  • You take the initiative. You possess a deep level of focus and are able to surface practical solutions to roadblocks you encounter.
  • You are a leader, capable of defining clear performance goals and objectives for the team.

What You Know

  • Skilled in project management and sponsorship contract negotiation.
  • You have familiarity with commonly-used industry platforms like Slack, HubSpot, and Asana.
  • You have experience creating and managing systems for improved efficiencies, results, and satisfaction.
  • You have operated with distributed teams and understand the communication needed to maximize operational efficiency across international time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, effective communication, and professional organization.
  • How to develop metrics and analytics that provide insights and drive decisions

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 15 days, working alongside the current CSD, you will have familiarized yourself with the basic workings of the department and broader team.
  • Within 30 days, you will develop a deeper understanding of the systems, processes and accountability tools within the Client Services department and how you can manage those.
  • Within 60 days, you will be ready to assume ownership over the Client Services department.
